One of the reasons we use Moon Valley is due to their awesome warranty. Our entire backyard is Moon Valley and we love their friendly service. Today we came in with a request to replace a lime tree under warranty and they took care of us immediately. Feliciano helped us the entire time.

Had a great experience with Moon Valley Nursery in Avondale. Gabe, Kamren, Steven, Feliciano, and Wes were all awesome to work with. The team was knowledgeable, helpful, and made the whole process easy from picking everything out to getting it all done. Really happy with how our backyard turned out and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their yard.

They got to my house at around 8:15 am and planted 6 trees and 5 bushes all within 90 min they were gone by 10am and I couldn’t have asked for a better job. They were unbelievable and extremely professional the crew was knowledge and wasted absolutely no time. I am 100% going with them again with my future projects, there’s no other nursery I would want to do business with.

Let’s get something straight right now—I'm a retired military veteran, and I absolutely expect professionalism and excellence from people in their chosen field. From start to finish, my experience with Moon Valley Nursery in Avondale was not just good—it was beyond exceptional. Honestly, 10 out of 5 stars isn’t even enough. Wesley Erwin, the sales rep, set the tone right away—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me make the right decisions. I am wheelchair bound and not knowledgeable about AZ plants and trees. BUT Wesley took time and care and walked us through every single little question we had with a smile!! Wesley even put me in a UTV vehicle to drive us around the entire lot as we looked and quizzed him!! He is a wonderful man with a big heart and a love for his job! Then came Javi and his planting crew, and that’s where things went to another level. Javi may be a young man, but he carries himself with the pride, work ethic, and integrity of an old soul. You can hear it in his voice, feel it in his handshake, and see it in every detail of his work. That kind of character is rare. His crew? Fast. Efficient. Respectful. And genuinely friendly—som
